The Dreadnoughts are a punk-folk explosion, blending the raw, fist-pumping energy of Celtic punk (think Dropkick Murphys, Flogging Molly) with the earthy, drunken charm of sea shanties, gypsy folk, and Eastern European klezmer. They sound like The Pogues got shipwrecked with Gogol Bordello, stole a fiddle and an accordion, and threw a raging party on the deck of a storm-tossed ship.
