bedgravity are a new band from Tokyo. They formed in 2023 and now, almost 3 years later the debut album ‘Unmet Needs’ is finally here. Having already caused quite a stir on the Japanese melodic punk scene with their high-energy live shows, the album sees them spread their reach further with a global release from Brassneck in the UK, Bloated Kat in the US and of course Waterslide Records in Japan. Their sound incorporates elements of melodic punk, emo, indie & shoegaze, but the sound they create is entirely their own. Give them a listen cos there’s nobody out there right now who sounds like bedgravity.
